Rerendering the stills for the ten frames or so that this happens didn't make any difference so using a legacy title shape, I edited colour blocks to match the background and edit the issue. This worked and resolved the problem.

Post Production: Issues and overcoming them
During the post production stage I encountered a problem with a small block appearing in the image sequence in Premiere Pro. This was not however on the actual rendered image.
Rerendering the stills for the ten frames or so that this happens didn't make any difference so using a legacy title shape, I edited colour blocks to match the background and edit the issue. This worked and resolved the problem.
